This was a kitchen for a lady in Halesowen whose existing kitchen was in need of complete modernisation. As although the existing kitchen, fitted by her husband, had stood the test of time it wasn’t really very practical for her now.
With this in mind we needed storage that was more easily accessible. So we included two L shape corner units with carousels, two large sets of pan drawers and a pull out bin. We also needed to include a built in double oven with another pan drawer underneath for easy access storage. An integrated fridge freezer meant that the fridge was easy to use comfortably. And never having had a dishwasher before we managed to squeeze a 45cm dishwasher in between the sink unit and built in washing machine.
Our client chose solid oak shaker doors painted in mussel and chalk with a laminate worktop in sand spark. Cream subway style tiles were used as an upstand and complete splash back behind the hob; going all the way up to the extractor.
Our client had a pine dining table that worked perfectly in the space but didn’t really fit in with the style of the kitchen now. We arranged to have this spray painted in a book matched colour to the kitchen doors. This completed the overall look of the kitchen.
