A stunning, painted wood veneer kitchen for clients in Kingsheath.
Our clients were looking for a modern kitchen; they didn’t really want a shaker kitchen but still wanted something with texture. We suggested a painted wood veneer kitchen; on seeing the sample our clients immediately knew that this was what they were looking for.
The doors were painted in soft grey with light grey cabinets. Push to open doors were used where possible with handles where needed.
Corian Antarctica worktops with Corian axix sinks added to the sleek, fresh feel of the kitchen. To optimize the smooth lines a Westin Cache extractor was used, with a white glass splash back.
To interfuse the two areas we created a peninsula with a small breakfast bar and additional storage space between the kitchen and dining area.
Real wood flooring throughout added warmth to the room.
